What are Systems of Systems - Isn't it the same as microsservices?

In the past few weeks i started learning about Systems of Systems for a research project at my university and the first thing that got to my mind was, “isn’t this just a fancy academic word for ‘microsservices’?” from this question i dig deep into discovering what really are Systems of Systems, found some really cool examples and discovered that is not really just microsservices.
